Hi, I’m Jennifer Wincey
I bring more than 10 years of experience as an HR executive and an extensive background in business operations and strategic business planning. I believe HR is a catalyst for a business’s success.
My vast experience with companies from the start up, to scale up, to enterprise level, has given me a unique and deep insight into the programs, processes and competencies required to negotiate the pain points companies feel at different growth and funding stages. Using these insights I can help an organization increase their velocity to achievement.
Helping companies adapt their path of growth and avoid common pitfalls through a highly engaged and inclusive workforce culture, is what I love.
