Hi! I’m Jennifer Wincey, Founder of AdaptPath HR Consulting.
I bring more than 10 years of experience as an HR executive, 20 years in leadership roles and an extensive background in business operations and strategic business planning.
My vast experience with companies from the start up, to scale up and enterprise level has given me a unique and deep insight into the programs, processes and competencies required to negotiate the pain points companies feel at different growth and funding stages. Using these insights I can help an organization increase their velocity to achievement.
I have a passion for new technology, innovative HR practices and process and as a Certified AI HR Practioner through AIHR, I understand how to leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate success and support your teams needs.
